1 Time Limits for Returns

Changed your mind? Return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping.

Product issue? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for defects or items that don't match descriptions. We cover return shipping.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. We decline returns that don't meet these requirements.

• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Free from any signs of use

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. For defects, include photos. Wait for our authorization before shipping anything back.

⚠️ Important: Never ship without authorization - we may refuse unauthorized returns at your expense.

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after approval. Bank processing times vary.
